my maiden name is Rodgers; my Father and Paternal grandparents were from Fairfield, Iowa, which is not far from Muscatine. Fathers name was Harry Elliott Rodgers; grandfathers name was John Thomas rodgers; then going back were Samuel, America, Parker and Solomon. I am trying to find the birthplace of solomon; at one time he lives in probably Sussex county, Delaware, but I am sure he was born somewhere in the British Isles. think we could possibly be attached to the same line!
