We are looking for the family of Thomas C. Romney who either served as a missionary in one of three places: Holland or Germany in the 50's or in Independence, MO. around some time around 1944 give or take a year or two. My mother has a very good picture of him and also a women who looks about the same age but didn't sign her picture. We would like to see that their family members get the picture back.
