Surnames: ROOKS, DeCOURCY
Looking for any information about Harrison ROOKS and his family. He was born in Mississippi but lived in Paris, TX from about 1890s (possibly earlier) to 1930s or later. He had a daughter Helen who married a railroader, Patrick R (P. R.) DeCourcy in Paris, Tx in 1910.
