I am so excited. I finally made a connection and found my gggrandfather in Weenermoor(Weener) Germany. His name is Johannes Hermanus Roskamp, born December 8, 1839 in Tergaster Hammrich, Germany. Parents are Egge Janssen Roskamp and Hilberdina Gurzema.He married Wubbina Eissen(or Aissen), born Klugkist, on 28 Feb 1867 in Weenermoor. I have many notes on the other Roskamps I found so far in that area. Send me an email with the Roskamps you are looking for and I will check the notes I have so far.
