My nan was Ida Cathleen Rossiter she married George Eli Saxby in 1941 (apparently married twice on the same day once in church of england then in catholic church, although i'm unable to find a marriage anywhere, as i would like to get hold of there marriage certificate). on Ida's birth certificate it says her mother is Clementine Margery Hazel Knill and father William Francis Rossiter a Stoker onboard H.M.S Erin, my mother told me that William died 5 days after my grandparents weddings, and that he was an irish man. (i am unable to find a birth for william francis rossiter or death, there is 1 birth for william francis rossiter in monmouthshire in 1892 but when referrence checked tha father's name is not Nicholas) i know his fathers name is Nicholas Rossiter a moulder from william's marriage to clementine in 1918 in newton abbot ( i have this marriage certificate, where it says william is a sailor) My nan Ida was the eldest of 9 children

this is all i know of my Rossiter's I am unable to find anything of Nicholas at all only a marriage for William, and only a birth for Ida..........HELP!!!!!!
