Jeremiah Rowland Saline County, Arkansas

I am decended from Jeremiah Rowland who appears on the 1860 census of Saline County, Arkansas with his wife Emaline <Cobb>
and their children Lennah <LeeAnn> and William. There are quite a few other Rowlands on this census of the age to be father and uncles. Jeremiah was born in Alabama, as were many of the Rowlands children in the other families. I would appriciate any information on Jeremiah's parents. I know he served in the Confederate Army with the 11th Arkansas Infantry and died at Port Hudson near Baton Rouge, LA on March 8, 1863.
