I am trying to find a link that will explain where or why the name Roxburgh became part of my GG grandfather's name, William Roxburgh GLOVER.
I have found in the 1841 Scotland Census a son of my GGG, Crawford Fullarton GLOVER (15), with the family of William ROXBURGH in the Civil Parish of Greenock Cartsdyke, County of Renfrewshire, address Stanners.
