Upon taking a historical tour of this 1850-founded cemetery I came across a beautiful mausoleum and surrounding plot belonging to the Rucker family. I am descended from the Fielding Rucker that was married to Nancy Beasley. Their son was Arden Somers Rucker. His daughter, Missouri Miller Rucker was my gg grandmother. Anyway, I was surprised to find a Fielding Rucker buried just outside and to the left of the mausoleum door. At first I was overjoyed to have accidently stumbled onto a direct ancestor, but I noticed that this Fielding Rucker was married to a Loiusa Stallings, so he is a different one. There seems to be little or no info on this Rucker couple on the World Tree. I would be interested and most appreciative of information that ties these two Fielding Ruckers together. Also, as soon as I get my pictures devloped, I'll have photos of the Rucker Mausoleum available if anybody is interested.
