Do any of you Ruckert (Rucher, Rucker, and/or other spellings of this or similar surnames) researchers have a Bertha, Marcus, or Mary Ruckert in your family tree? Bertha was born in either 1878 or 1880. I don't know the precise birth dates of her brother, Marcus, or her sister, Mary, but it is safe to conjecture that they were born in the late 1870's or the early 1880's. I have hit many a brick wall in my search for Bertha so if there is anyone out there who can help me uncover my Rucher roots, please contact me at westrich@mchsi.com
