The Album in which this photos was found belonged to a family that was, at the time, in Indiana.

The census records in 1900 show no Rumbarger in Indiana, and shown only one Rumbarger born in Indiana, a lumber merchant. I do not know if that person was the person in the photo.

I am not connected to the Rumbarger family, but my FARROW family connects to the LOCKRIDGE family.

I would like to know who this Rumbarger gentleman might be, and if he connects to the BLACK or the LOCKRIDGE family, and if so, how.
