health and of sound and disposing mind and memory thanks be given to Almighty God therefore, calling
to mind the frailty of human nature and the uncertainty of this life, do make and ordain this to be my
last will and Testament. Principally and first of all I recommend my soul into the hand of God
who gave it me and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors herein after
named and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath please God to bless me in this life
I give devise and bequeath in the following manner and form. Imprimis, my will and pleasure is and I do
hereby order that all my personal estate unless such part hereafter bequeathed be sold by my Executors as soon as
may be with convenience after my decease, and the monies arising therefrom be applied towards paying
my just debts and funeral expenses. Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Prudence Runyon
my brown horse, riding chair and harness, the choice of two cows and three sheep likewise her choice of one
bed, bedstead and curtains and all the bedding which was left her by her mother also all my silver spoons
and largest looking glass; Item I give and bequeath to my Son William Runyon during his natural life
five acres of Land on which the house he now lives in stands and immediately at his decease to be sold
and the monies arising from said sale to be equally divided among his surviving children the said five
acres to be set off to him at the discretion of the Executors as they shall think best. Item, I give and bequeath to my
five Daughters viz. Margaret Runyon, Anna Toratt, Isabella Martin, Elizabeth Linch and Catherine
Runyon All that undivided Land on which my son William now lives excepting the afforesaid five acres to be
sold or equally divided among them share and share alike as my Executors shall think most propper.
Item I give and bequeath to my Grandson Runyon Dunn to him his heirs and assigns forever all the farm I now live on
with the [?] thereunto belonging to come in possession of when he arives to the age of twenty four then to [?]
of [?] possession, It is my will that my beloved wife Prudence Runyon and my two Daughters viz Elizabeth Linch & Catherine
Runyon with the remainder of the family shall have provision for one year out of my personal property and likewise have
the use of the house and Garden until said Grandson Runyon Dunn shall have arived to the age of twenty four yr
There is to be no wood cut on s'd farm except for necessary repairs. It is my Will that my Executors put out the afforesaid farm and the profits
arising therefrom be applied towards paying my just debts excepting such part as my Executors shall think best to let my [?]
have toward their support and likewise schooling Elizabeth's two children viz Charles and Caroline Linch. It is my Will that my
wife and my two Daughters Elizabeth Linch & Caroline Runyon do have a living on s'd farm and likewise my wife Prudence
Runyon do have sufficient houseroom as long as she remains my Widow and pasturing for the aforesaid creatures as long as my
wife continues as my Widow and my two Daughters remain single. But if the profits of s'd farm with the personal property heretofore named
do not pay my just Debts by the time my Grandson Runyon Dunn arives to the age of Twenty four Then in that case it is my Will that
