John Rupley married Barbara Ann Kinney, most likely in Williams County, Ohio about 1856. They had at least nine children: Melvin, Melvina, Mary, Jacob, Margaret, John, Bertha, Ida, and Sarah, born between 1857 and 1879. By 1900, most family members were in Hillsdale County, Michigan, and by the 1910/20 period, many moved on to Lenawee County, Michigan. I am interested in this family due to my Kinney connection, and would happily exchange information with anyone interested.
