Surnames: Conquest, Ruston, Gowler (Chatteris)
Can anyone help with the whereabouts of my missing
Ruston relatives !
Daniel Ruston born 11th Jan 1825 married
Mary Conquest born circ 1822
in Chatteris on 14th April 1850
They are on the 1871 census for Chatteris but not listed
on the 1881 mormon census project
Also cannot find Daniels death in the St.Catherines index
which leads me to think that maybe they emigrated.
3 out of the 4 children Daniel & Mary had have also disappeared after the 1871 census.
They are Thomas Ruston born 14th Jun 1853
William Ruston born 26th Sep 1856
Emma Ruston born circ 1859
all born in Chatteris.
Robert Ruston born 13th May 1850 was the other child
who married Sarah Ann Thorn
on 14th Aug 1871 in Chatteris
