Looks like Saba is too popular of a name.

My Great Great Grandfather was Salim Saba from bilad al-sham (modern day lebanon and syria). His children were Mareet, Nahil, Mouhja, Renee, Sleeman (sliman?), and Sami.

Another Saba family is descended of another Great Great Grandfather named Costandi (constantine) Saba.
His chidren were Aftim (b. 1894), Samaan (b.1895?), Khaleel, Boutros, Ni'man, Sbir, Elias, Warda, and Haboub.

Please if any of these names sound familiar let me know. Thats two seperate saba families to work with!!

I am seeking info on my grandfather's family, they came from San Paulo Italy through Ellis Island about 1900, and settled in Newark NJ, the five brothers names were Americanized to Robert, Joseph, Harry, Willie, Charles or Dan, Joseph had two daughters Rose b. 1918 and Ann b. 1920, there were at least 30 cousins, many also named Rose 1904 and Ann b. 1915, the two lived in Maplewood until the 1970's, Rose married a Peter Robertiello b. 1904, they had at least two sons, one also Peter b.1929. DoD Identifies Marine Casualties

The Department of Defense announced today the death of five Marines who were supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Cpl. Thomas E. Saba, 30, of Toms River, N.J.

All five Marines died Feb. 7 when the helicopter they were flying in crashed while supporting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

Hello Connie, this is Delor's daughter-in-law, Pam. We also have a copy of the family tree you describe. Do you know why there are no females listed? Do you know how the surnames Abraham, Kanon, Mansour, Abdo, Joseph and Tannous all fit?
I didn't know that John was also in the orphanage. Do you know if any of the other brothers were?
I have that Joseph was from "Jdabra", Lebanon.
I have Mary's last name as Chelte, her parents as Ficial and Agatha, and that she was from Beirut, Lebanon.
I have the 1 Jan 1940 newspaper article about Joseph's death, and tombstone pictures for Mary and Joseph.
It appears this research is going to be more complicated than most. I'd be happy to work with you. Pam

Great Grandfathers name Antonio Mulas Grandfather Raimondo Antonio Mulas(came through Ellis Island in the late 1800`s-early1900`s departed from Croatia), Father Andrea Antonio Mulas. Tamera is my cousin, Jesse and Charles were my Grandparents.
Roscoe was my Uncle, my mother's brother. I spoke to Tamera

Hello , Ciao from Alice Springs, if you have and relatives from Villacidro, in Sardengna I really need to contact you, as thats where my Father was born. Jean Pierre had a brother named Martin Espil.
What I would like to know - if possible....all of the other family member's names (siblings) and also Jean Pierre's parent's names. All of this is required in my Ancestry book. Do you know the answers?

My cousin is a granddaughter to Latouf Saba and wife Barbara. They lived in Painesville, Lake County,Ohio (east of Cleveland) and he had a candy store, he made his own candies. Son was Gabriel, and Gabriel married Mabel (Stevens) Wagner. They ran away to get married because Mabel was divorced.
