Classification: Query
Surnames: Ortega, de la Oliva, Sackville, West, Ortega
I bought this book because I believe it will be an excellent resource to someone related to the Sackville-West family. This biography involves three generations of women. They are grandmother, mother, and granddaughter.
This book involves the following: Catalina Ortega, widow of Pedro Duran, Josepha known as Pepita, Juan Antonio Gabriel de la Oliva, Lionel Sackville-West who is a secretary in the British diplomatic service, Victoria Josefa who is the eldest daughter of Pepita and Lionel Sackville-West.
The first five chapters are about Pepita 1830-1872, and the second part is about Pepita's daughter 1862-1936.
I am not related, but I would like to connect this book with a family history researcher. Please contact me directly if you have an interest in this book.
