Services for Sherri Jo (Sadler) Thompson, 56, of Mallard will be held Saturday February 28, 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mallard. Visitation will be held from 10-11 AM prior to services in the church on Friday and following the service at St. Mary's Fellowship Hall where all are invited to a luncheon. Harris Funeral Home of Mallard is in charge of arrangements.
Sherri, the daughter of Keith and Phyllis (Tanck) Sadler was born September 14, 1952 in Ortonville, Minnesota. She attended school in Mallard graduating in 1970. Sherri and Tom Thompson were united in marriage September 8, 1973 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mallard. The couple lived and farmed in the Mallard area during their married lives.
Survivors include her husband Tom, sons Patrick and Michael; daughter-in-law Amy; and grandchildren Parker, Allyson and Emily; parents Keith and Phyllis Sadler of Mallard; brothers and sisters: Rick (Tara) Sadler, Whitefish, MT, Mike (Kathy) Sadler, McCook Neb, Pat (Sharon) Sadler, Havelock, IA, Tom (Marcia) Sadler, Aurora, MO, Pam (Kirk) Stokes, Peoria, AZ, Paul (Kristin) Sadler, Linn Grove, IA, Peg (Roy) Anderson, Springfield MO, and 14 nieces and nephews.
Sherri was taken to her heavely home with family nearby.
