Sailors
Viola Sailors, 78, of Crown Point, Ind., formerly of Livingston County, died Dec. 13 at her home. She was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans' Auxiliary.
Surviving are three sons, James Dickerson of Griffith, Ind., Joe Dickerson of Crown Point, Ind., and Randy Dickerson of Lancaster, Calif.; two daughters, Donna McAvene of Covington, and Janie Clarke of Glouester, Va.; two stepsons, Dave Sailors of Dallas and Bobby Dickerson of Marion; a brother, Lyman Mitchell of Cleveland, Ohio; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, V. W. Sailors.
Funeral services were held Dec. 16 at Boyd Funeral Home with Rev. John East officiating. Burial was in Lola Cemetery.
