Salem possibly of RI or Mass

Surnames: Salem, Jacobson
I am looking for any info on a Salem line which may have been from Rhode Island or Massachutes. My GG Grandmother was Hazel Irene (?) Salem from Mass, but I believe born in Rhode Island. She Married a Jacobson (Albert maybe) and had atleast one daughter named Lois Barbara Jacobson. Any leads would be greatly appreciated
