Looking for information on a J.D. Sallie or Sallee born abt 1867 and possible from Illinois. Believe to be Indian or part Indian. Would be associated with families of Frances, James, & Starr. Also traveled with Wild West shows in 1890's or early 1900's. He had a daughter in 1895 named Gracie Pearl, but she was raised in Oklahoma with her mother Addie Frances Howell. Any help is greatly appreciated. Would like to find any family member.
