An Old Minster Dead
Rev. H. K. Sanborne’s Father Died at the Age of 73
Yesterday afternoon Rev. H. K. Sanborne returned from Elmira where he was called Sunday by the death of his father, Rev. Pliny F. Sanborne.
His age was seventy-three, and but two years ago he had closed an active ministry of fifty-three years in the Presbyterian church.
The cause of death was grip aggravated by brain fever. Beside a wife, five sons and two daughters survive. The wife has been and continues very ill, though strong hopes are entertained for her recovery.
