      <title>Margaret (Bentley) Sapatek obit from NY 2001</title>

      <description>willsboro — Margaret (Bentley) Sapatek, 86, of the West Road in Willsboro, died May 29, 2001, as the result of a car accident.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was born in Cohoes on Dec. 6, 1914, the daughter of Harvey W. and Margaret (Flynn) Bentley.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She and her husband Michael moved to Willsboro in September of 1967. They bought and managed the Sportsmen's Dinette until the early 1980's. Prior to their moving to the North Country she was employed by Bennett Textile Mills in Cohoes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was a member of St. Philips Church in Willsboro. Her warmth, wonderful sense of humor, loving personality and love of all animals will be greatly missed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Besides her husband Michael, of the Horace Nye Home in Elizabethtown, she is survived by her nieces, Barbara Vallee, Carol Orlyk, and Jacqueline Messier of Cohoes; her nephews, David Bentley of Cohoes, and James and Dale Bentley of Troy; her sister-in-law, Rose Sapatek; and her nephew-in-law, Stanley Bessmer of Florida; she is also survived by three great nieces; and one great nephew.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was predeceased by her sisters, Dorothy and Grace Bentley; and a brother, John Bentley.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral Services will be held at Horace Nye Home in Elizabethtown on Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery in Waterford at a later date.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Horace Nye Home.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Huestis Funeral Home in Willsboro is in charge of arrangements.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Im not related&lt;br&gt;info from &lt;a href="http://www.PressRepublican.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.PressRepublican.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br&gt;obituary archives</description>

      <description>ELIZABETHTOWN — Michael Sapatek, of the Horace Nye Home in Elizabethtown, died on Aug. 7, 2001.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was the husband of Margaret Bentley Sapatek, who died on May 29, 2001.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Michael was born in Cohoes, N.Y., and was the son of the late Frank and Louise Sapatek.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his sister, Rose of Menands, N.Y.; and nephew Stanley Bessmer of Florida.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;His brothers John and Joseph; and sisters, Helen Bessmer and Cecelia Wilson predeceased him.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Michael was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army during World War II and received the American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the World War II Victory Medal.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He and his wife, Marge moved to Willsboro in September of 1967.
