Owing to the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death and being of sound and disposing mind, I Romulus D. Sargent do make and publish this my last will, hereby revoking all prior wills.

Third, I here by appoint my friend, John B. Sanders, Booneville, Miss. Sole Executor of this my will and he is to be exempt from making bond or reporting to any Court, and is to have no compensation for distributing my property.
Should I die in Texas or Oklahoma, I desire to be buried at Weimor, Texas by the side of my beloved wife. Should I die in Mississippi, I desire to be buried at New Chapel in Itawamba County, by the side of my beloved mother.
In witness where of, I here to affix my signature in the presence of the subscribing witnesses: R.L. Bolton and S,V, Crow, who sign as witness in my presence and in the presence of each other.
