So strange for me to have found this post. I know its been here quite awhile but if anyone reads this please contact me. I am a Gilmore from Herrick Illinois with ancestors of Sarver & Mayhan. My great great grandmother was Stella Mayhan (full blooded Indian. I was in Hot Springs Ark over the weekend any my dad showed me this booklet a lady made for him with a story of some Sarver's in it. I believe the womans name was Ina or Ida and her husband (can't remember his first name) shot and killed her on their front porch then killed himself. I intended to make a copy of this booklet before I left and had to leave earlier than expected and forgot.
