Funeral services for Robert William Sattler, 82, of 409 Sixth St., who died Tuesday at his home, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Bidlingmaier-Hornby Funeral Home.
The Rev. Norman Brooks will officiate and burial will be in Rienzi Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Sattler will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He was born on Sept. 19, 1892, in the Town of Calumet, Calumet County, the son of Phillip and Emma Doern Sattler. He was graduated from Fond du Lac High School. On June 30, 1916, he married Nina Mae Underwood in the city.
Mr. Sattler was employed by the post office and was a retired farmer.
Surviving are a daughter, Miss Vivian Ruth Sattler of Fond du Lac; and a sister, Mrs. Fred Dunisch of Eden. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1948, and by two sons and a brother.
