I have been looking at your Saunders and all I found of great interest was the name , my Thomas and his brother Edward were bought to Virginia by their father in 1635 I do not know how long he stayed in Virginia or where the family went next. I have not found another Saunders family that uses the names Edward, Thomas, William in every generation, as mine always did, up until Grandfather Edward, Uncle Edward, my father William, now all deceased Some of them eventually settled in Havre de Grace, MD Could any of them have come from Somerset and Gloucestershire?
