I am seeking information on Simon Maddock Saunders, born in Ireland and lived in New York USA. He was the son in law of my G G G Grandparents and I have information to share with anyone interested. I know that a Ms Rita Robinson has posted an interest in the Saunders family but the email address for Ms Robinson has come back as unknown so I would particularly like to contact her.

Simon Maddock Saunders married Maria KOHLER, daughter of Charles KOHLER and Amelia, nee OFFERGELD, in Drogheda 1853. The family moved to Mount Vernon in the USA and they had 5 children - Ida, Laura, Hortense, Herbert, Clara and Lucille.

Charles and Amelia KOHLER lived in Dublin, Ireland. Charles KOHLER was a merchant tailor with businesses in Dublin and London's famous Savile Row area.
