HILDA FLORENCE SAUNDERS
Hilda Florence SAUNDERS was born on March 29, 1898, near Barnard, Kansas, and departed this life on Aug. 6,1935, at Monte Vista, Colo., at the age of 37 years, 4 months and 8 days.
She moved to the vicinity of Ada, Kans., when about the age of 6 years, and there grew to womanhood.
She taught in various schools in this community and for the past several years was a member of the faculty of the high school at Strong City, kansas. At the time of her death she was connected with the school of Alamosa, Colo. She accepted the Christian Faith and became a member of the M.E. church, when a young girl, possessed a sunny disposition and made friends wherever she went. She was preceded in death by one sister, Mrs. A.A. Snapp on April 29, 1935. Two brothers Daniel Phillip May 8, 1901 and Gladwyn M., Aug. 15, 1917.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. F.A. Saunders, five sisters, Mrs. Effie White, Mrs. G.S. Adams, Mrs. R.S. Hills, all of Ada, Kans.; Mrs. G.M. Snapp of Barnard, Kans.; and Mrs. C.A. Smith of Monte Vista, Colo. and three brothers, B.R. Saunders, of Palco, Kans., H.F. Saunders of Savageton, Wyo., and K.F. Saunders of Ada, Kans., besides nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

We wish to thank every one who in any way helped us in our hour of bereavement at the time of the death of our beloved daughter and sister Florence. Their kindness and sympathy will not be forgotten.
