I am Richard Phelps, half-brother to Cia M Sauro, born
16 September 1961. She allegedly was living at her deceased father's (Nickey J. Sauro) residence on Strohm Avenue in North Hollywood, California. Does anyone know of her status, or health?

Same for my half-sister, Nia Sauro (aka "Seany Hillman"), reportedly living at times in Palm Springs, CA, but travelling with Loretta, her companion, back and forth to Floriday, in a carpet-cleaning business for RV Parks, and skin-diving as a hobby.
