Looking for information on Joseph and Adalade Sauvage/Savage who immigrated from France in the 1830's and settled around Peoria IL. They had four children that I know of: Josephine b abt 1835 married a Boulier. she was born in France: Joseph b. abt 1837 in France: Juliette Adalade b. 11 Sep 1839 near Chilicothe, Peoria, IL m. 11 Dec 1857 Woodford co IL to Samuel Hadlock d. 15 Jan 1938 Halfway, Polk , MO.: Louis/Lewis b abt 1843 IL.
