I just received verification from Lon's son that his grandfather was Early Sawyers. Although Lon is listed on the census as Nonsey Sawyers,living with his grandfather Wm. Riffey in 1910, he was called "Non" by his family. This clears up a lot, as I am trying to fill in all the blanks on my Sawyers Tree. I don't want to leave anyone out, even if they changed their name. Many thanks to John T Riffey for this info.
