April 16, 1809 in Cayuga County, New York. They lived in Pennsylvania for about 10 – 12 years in the 1830’s then relocated to Eaton County, MI before 1842. Their son, George William Sayre, from whom I descend, was born February 8, 1847 and he married Kasiah FAVORITE on December 31, 1877 in Eaton Rapids, Eaton County, MI.
