Ralph Johnson Scaife of Pocklington, Yorkshire

Surnames: Scaife, Moore, Lamplugh
I would be interested to hear from anyone who knows the above person. He was a witness at my great grandfather's first marriage in Pocklington, 1863. What I am hoping to find out is whether he was a church official or a relative of my great grandfather, John Moore, or his bride, Louisa Lamplugh. John and Louisa were 1st cousins. I see from the census details that Ralph was born in Pocklington, and was still living there in 1901. His occupation was either a clerk (so maybe the Parish Clerk), or autioneer/valuer
