SCARLET - BLANKENSHIP marriage

I'm looking for a marriage record between Martha SCARLET, born March 1845 KY to Henry SCARLET and Mary KNIP, and John? BLANKENSHIP sometime between 1860 and 1870, maybe in Iowa, Missouri or Illinois. She may have been married before to a HARRISON and a DEWITT, so the marriage record might show another name than SCARLET. The 1880 census of Scotland Co., MO ("Mrs. Martha BLANKENSHIP" had married by then to Sardis SMITH in 1875 in Hancock Co., IL), shows a daughter Sarah, 16, born in IA and a son John, 10, born in MO. The children's last names show as SMITH, but that is not correct. Martha's daughter Sarah is dead before the 1900 census, but her son's name proves to be John R. BLANKENSHIP, born January 1870.
