I am researching the descendants of Thomas BARTLETT c1703-1783 of Richmond Co, VA. His daughter Sarah married Joseph SCATES who died in 1795 Richmond Co, VA. I have children: Leah m 1791 Elisha BARTLETT; Joseph, Jr. b c1772 m 1797 Patty HINSON; James b c1773; m 1792 Peggy JONES; Sally m 1792 Vincent JONES; Rachel m 1798 Thomas JONES; Elijah b c1778; m 1808 Alice NEWMAN; and BARTLETT b c1781, m 1802 Susanah JONES.
