Must find Henrietta Theresa Schermerhorn Speddy decendants

Surnames: Schermerhorn Speddy
Henrietta Theresa Schermerhorn married Thomas H. Speddy in 1890 and settled in Alameda, CA (near San Francisco).
Henrietta was a prominent citizen and the architect of her Dutch Colonial Revival home in Alameda (1899). www.855cedar.info. The home is now in my family.
They had two children, Faith and Kenyon. Faith went to UC Berkeley. I cannot find any record of her after that. Kenyon retired in Florida. I cannot find any record of children that they may have had.
