I'm trying to find anything about my elusive Joseph Henry SHERTZER. This is what little I know: According to Ohio census listings, was born in Pennsylvania about 1825. At some point he moved to Ohio. He married Harriet___(?)___. He served in Company A of the 100th Regiment in the Ohio Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War. He died in Lucas County, Ohio (probably Perrysburg or the Toledo area).
