Adam and Margaret (Schieffer/Knauf) Fischer

I am looking for information about my great-great Grandparents, Adam and Margaret (Schieffer) Fisher.
Adam was born in Germany in 1843. He was orphaned at a young age and raised by another family (so I am unsure if "Fischer" is his birth surname).
He was in Chicago in 1871, but the year of arrival in the states is unknown. He had a sister who immigrated to Wisconsin, but they lost touch.
Margaret Schieffer was born in Germany in 1837. She married Henreich Knauf and had three children by him. They immigrated to America, but Henreich died a year later.
In 1875, Adam and Margaret were married in Wisconsin. They had two children: Appolonia and Joseph. They moved to Muenster, Texas, in 1890.
It may seem like I know a lot about these ancestors of mine, but I would specifically like to know about my great-great-great (and beyond) Grandparents,
and any info surrounding this family.
Also, if you are related, I would love to hear from you!
Please email me: llotto@email.com
Thank you!
