Jake and Catherine (?) Schindler

Looking for parents of Jake and Catherine Schindler. Also maiden name of Catherine. Jake was born in Germany and died 1903. I believe Catherine was also born in Germany. They had a daughter, Lena born 1874 in Pennsylvania. She married William Colfax Dobbins in 1890 at Salina, Kansas. Any info would be appreciated.
