To follow up the previous posts in this string, I looked in the Manitoba Vital Statistics website and found the following wedding, which looks to be that of Kurt von Schleicher's brother: groom - Ludwig Ferdinand Frieleich von Schleicher; bride - Herta Clara Werner. Date of marriage: 02/06/1915. Place of marriage: Winnipeg, Manitoba. Registration number: 1915-176066. Unfortunately, on other information was posted on the website. It does indeed look like Kurt's brother Ludwig immigrated to Canada (in 1912 [from Ellis Island records]?), married and settled in Manitoba.
