Mrs. John Schock
Services were held Saturday in Milwaukee for former Oshkosh resident, Mrs. John (Nora) Schock, 65, Milwaukee, who died Wednesday at home. Cremation followed. She was born Apr. 23, 1911, in Oshkosh, the daughter of Gustav and Clara Meitzen. She married John Schock in Oshkosh on Jan. 25, 1930. Surviving are her widower; one son. Gene Schock, Santa Barbara, Calif.; five daughters, Mrs. Carol Bollmeir, Mrs. Alyce Zais, and Mrs. Diane Walli, all of Milwaukee, and Mrs. Mary Ann Wolfman and Mrs. Janet Zais, both of Green Bay; four brothers, Nathan Meitzen, Marvin Meitzen and Earl Meitzen, all of Oshkosh, and William Meitzen, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; four sisters, Mrs. Bernice Crombie, Mrs. June Ahrens and Mrs. Joyce Bathke, all of Oshkosh, and Mrs. Gwendolyn Luzenski, Milwaukee; and 16 grandchildren.
