Sharon A. Scholl, the daughter of Leonard and Cecilia Veik Scholl was born on September 20, 1947 at Albion, Nebraska. She was baptized at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Petersburg and graduated from St. John’s Catholic High School.
Sharon was married to Paul Horn in 1969 in South Dakota. The past 35 years she has been a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico where she worked as an electronic assembler.
Sharon died Thursday, October 13, 2005 at her home in Albuquerque, NM following a battle with cancer at the age of 58.
She is survived by one son Paul Horn & wife Daylene and grandsons Brett Horne, Dezmond Guiterrez, and Jonathon Silva, all of Albuquerque; Life Partner Rudy Silva; step-son Patrick Silva and step-daughter Jessica Silva; all of Albuquerque; brothers: Cletus Scholl and wife Carol of Columbus, NE; Waldean Scholl and wife Karen of Petersburg; Lavern Scholl and wife Diane of Tilden, NE; sisters: Mary Mueret & husband Mike of Norfolk, NE; Kathy Jackson and husband Scott of Columbus, NE; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; her step-mother Katherine (Kelley) Scholl; and her grandparents.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Petersburg, NE with Fr. Jerel Scholl officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday at the church with a 7:00 p.m. Wake Service. Visitation will continue on Wednesday morning at the church from 9:00 until service time.
