I'm looking for information on Paul Edward Schummer born August 20, 1918 in Minnesota - January 18, 1953 in Oregon. His mother was Ruth Schummer she lived in Minnesota and he had about eight other siblings.
Paul married Beluah Maxine Jones and had two children, Paul was killed in 1953 while trying to help a motorist on I-5. He is buried in Gilliland Cemetery, Sweet Home, Oregon.
Any information about his parents and siblings would be great thank you.

I hope you get this message. I am a great grand daughter of George Schomer of Connellsville.
My grandfather was Ambrose.Son of George and Anna Schommer He married Laura Bell Murphy. Now Laura lied on her marriage certificate stating she was not never married. She had 2 sons to her first marriage. They were Lloyd and Gayland Moser(not sure of the spelling.
My Uncle Ambrose Ray was my one and only uncle. that was Ambroses natural son. (My dad was Edward Lewis Schomer) There home was on franklin Ave in Connellsville,Pa.
My dad married Gail Peffer from Connellsville
4 children eveolved from this marriage. They are:

Cheryl Lynne Meyers : born Novenber 29,1953
Mark Gayland Schomer: born September 28,1955

I found Margaret Schomar in Ernzen,

she married Joannes Heinz 11. 12. 1815
They had 5 childrens
Joannes 3. 11. 1816
Anne Marie 1. 6. 1819
Catherine 7. 6. 1823
Nicolas 6. 9. 1825
Marie 9. 8. 1828

Joannes Heinz can be the first Husband of Margaret Wagner, both livin in Lemont 1ince 1852

I am Jonas R Schommer 02/1972, son of Jonas T. Schommer 01/1948, son of Jonas S. Schommer 12/1907, son of John Schommer dob abt 1866. I have been all over this website and found alot of info, but am cautious to apply it to a tree without CONFIRMATION,... I've been collecting data and printing out EVERYTHING....even wrote a tree all out by hand.... are we connected in any way,... the trail so far comes from Germany/Russia - Michigan/Wisconsin. My entire family is still in Racine, WI... I have names like (G-G-Grampa)Peter/Mary->kids-Mary, Nicholas, Lizzie, Peter, Annie, John(G-Grampa);-->John/Pearl->kids-Alfred, Theodore, William, Jonas (Grampa), Emma;-->Jonas and Olga->kids-Jonas (Dad), Richard, Barbara->kids-Barbara, Jonas (me), Tammy... and that's just the Paternal side,..haven't really dug too deep on the Maternal side..too complicated...maybe I'll hire someone! ...who knows?

My mother is Edith Virginia Schommer. I am stuck on the Schommer line. Am looking for any information on a Nickolas Walter Schomer, b. 1818-Prussia, d. 28 Jun 2898-Phila. PA. Married Susan (?) b. 1821-Prussia, d 1851-Phila, PA. They had 6 children. His parents were Johann b 1788, d 1860 and Anna Marie Lasch b 1797, d 1862. My line is through Francis H. Schommer - one of the son's of Nickolas and Susan. Nickolas also had another wife, Catherine Glaub. I got my information from a cousin who is now deceased and I need some help. Thanks. Barbara
