JAMES F. SCHOOLING JR.
JAMES F. SCHOOLING, JR. passed away December 6, 1998. Jim was born in Kansas City, MO. in 1923, and graduated from the University of Kansas at Lawrence with a degree in Chemical Engineering. After serving in the European Theater during World II, he moved to Houston in 1949, joining Champion Papers, where he remained for his entire 35 year career. Jim is survived by his wife of 45 years, Avis Schooling, his children Mary Jim Romeo, David Schooling and Nancy Fairley, his grandson, Joel Schooling, and his sister Virginia Alexander. Funeral services will be held at Brookside's Chapel of the Chimes at 11:30 A .M. on Wednesday, December 9, 1998. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity.
