PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL

To the Surrogate's Court of the County of Erie.
The petition of Mary M. Schueler of the City of Buffalo in the County of Erie and New York,
respectfully showeth:
That John P. Schuler late of the City of Buffalo in said County of Erie died in the said City of Buffalo on, or about the 18 day of June 1882.
That he was, at the time of his death, a resident of the said County of Erie.
That he died leaving a last Will and Testament....... now produced and filed for probate in the Surrogate's Court. That said last Will and Testament, bears date the 16 day of June 1882, and purports to relate to real and personal property.
That in and by said last Will and Testament, the said deceased nominated and appointed your petitions execut [nix] thereof...............
That said deceased died possessed of real and property, in the said County of Erie.
that the following named persons are all the heirs at law Widow and next of kin of said deceased him surviving; and their respective ages and places of residence are as follows, viz:
Your petitioners his widow of full age of Buffalo, N.Y.
John C. Schueler his son of full age of Buffalo, N.Y.
Theresa Kohler his daughter of full age of Buffalo, N.Y.
Maria " his daughter of full age of Buffalo, N.Y.
M. Anna Lichleuthal his daughter of full age of Buffalo, N.Y.
M. Magdalena Fensil his daughter aged 20 years of Buffalo, N.Y.
Elizabeth Schuler his daughter aged 18 years of Buffalo, N.Y.
Anton R. Schueler his son aged 15 years of Buffalo, N.Y.
Katherine Schueler his daughter aged 10 years of Buffalo, N.Y.
That said infants have no guardian that they reside with your petitioner their mother
Wh...... your petitioner pray that said Last Will and Testament>>>>>>> be admitted to probate and record as a Will valid to pass Real and personal property.
That said......... heirs at law and next of kin be cited to attend the probate thereof: that letters Testamentary issue to your petition .............. execut nix in said Will named, and that all such process and proceedings may be had and taken in this proceeding, for that purpose, as the law may require.
