I have come across an old family recording of the Schwanke family starting with JohannSchwanke born in 1777 in Pantau, Kingdom of Prussia. I have yet to figure out how they relate to me but if anyone is interested I am very willing to share the information that I do have. What I do know is that Johann married Doretha Elizabeth Zielke & they had 8 children all born in Prussa & then immigrated to the USA
