I am looking for any information on Wilhelm (William) Schwanke, emmigrated to America from Prussia in 1875 (at age 40, farmer) with his wife Auguste (age 40), daughter Louise (age 9), daughter Auguste (Augusta) age 8, son Carl (age 4) and daughter Hylda (age 6 mos). This family shows up in the 1880 census in Wisconsin. I believe my line is through their daughter, Augusta, who married John Martin Pollei and resided in Minnesota. Any help out there? Thanks!
