Does anyone out there know if someone has further delineated the lines described by MS Dunkin Scruggs in her Scruggs book published in 1912???

I am trying to connect my Stephen Scruggs Born in TN about 1824 to possibly the Drury or Finch lines.

Stephen named his own children Edward, JOhn, James, Mary ( Molly), Margaret, Joseph, Stephen A., and Gable or Gabriel Cammie. These names are very similar to the names of Edward Scruggs son of Drury. Also to the names of the children of John Scruggs son of Drury
