I'm not sure how valid the family history is, I have a genealogy supposedly done by a researcher. Joseph supposedly was born in England @1771, came to Brookline, MA in 1792, was married there and next went to Rutland, VT. He then went to Croghan, NY, then to Sacketts Harbor, NY and finally to Watertown, NY. His son, William Seaver was born 1802, died 1879. William married Eliza French of Rutland, VT. The history states their children included Richard F. Seaver, 1832-1918, Charles H. Seaver, b.1835, Eliza Seaver, 1837-1873, William Seaver, Jr., 1840-1853 and Alanson D. Seaver, 1845-1940. Richard F. Seaver, Jr. married Mary O'Brien, ? whether this occurred in Brookline, MA or whether Richard was born in Brookline or both of the above. You help is greatly appreciated. E. Hocking (Beth)
