MY gran-mother was Kathleen Seery from Kilbeggan,Co.Westmeath,her father was Michael Seery,and I have all information with regards my granmothers family.Little is known of the seery family before this line except that they had alot of land around Balliamore,Papa Serry died in 1940.
My recentely deceased father had a card,which was written to my granmother when dad was a baby, around 1923,and whoever wrote the card also had a baby at the time,as the card was signed baby Dick O'Hanlon,We never knew if this was someone related to the family.none of us know of any other sisters or brother 's to Michael Seery, I am researching my O'Connor family and can go back to 1833,but I am also very interested in The seery side.My granmother was born in 1899,and the second eldest of her family.Please email me directly if any of this rings a bell.maroconnr@hotmail.com
