My father, Bobby Lee Lantz just passed away 6-11-2006. He never knew his biological father. Recently on his birth certificate, I learned his father's name, Emanuel Bennett Seese.
My father was born in Clay County, West Virginia 11-3-43. His mother was Kathryn "Lucy" Wilson.
His father's age on my Dad's birth certificate was 45. Does anyone have information on this gentlemen?
